Who Are We?
Established in 1989. The business was started by sole proprietor & inventor Kennon McKinney fresh out of high school over 36 years ago at the young age of 18. Turning 56 in September of this year makes him a seasoned professional.
We started out hand cleaning awnings under the name SPOTLESS AWNINGS but shortly grew into a full-service canvas and vinyl Awning and Canopy custom fabrication company.
We are a small company that pays enormous attention to the highest detail. Isn't that why people buy awnings anyway?…to dress up their home or business.
